Mold is an
important part of chalk making because if your mold is bad the resulting
chalk
product is going to be bad too. You can also run the risk of incurring losses
and
not breaking even if the mold is not made to correct sizes. Your mold can
be
fabricated
by any fabricator but I strongly recommend you get your mold from
us.
Our mold
(made in India) is made of rubber which makes it very durable. It is light,
made to size (industrial standard) and requires no maintenance. With our mold
you
can produce 240 pieces of chalk at a time while you can produce only 120
pieces with
other mold.
Our mold
does not rust or leak like other molds do over a period of time.
The price of
the mold is as cheap as N52,000 only.
